1. Scope of Services

Lopez Auto Repairs provides comprehensive mechanical diagnostics, engine repair, bodywork, collision restoration, and routine tune-ups at our physical shop located at 14421 Auto Park Way, Houston, TX 77083. All services are performed by certified technicians using industry-standard equipment and procedures.

2. Estimates & Work Authorization

Any digital estimate or booking request submitted via this portal is subject to in-person diagnostic validation. No repair teardown or parts ordering begins until a written or digital authorization form is officially signed by the vehicle owner or authorized representative. Initial estimates are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, & Storage

We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or calendar slot adjustments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a rescheduling fee.

• Vehicles left at the facility for more than 48 hours after repairs are fully completed and the owner is notified will incur standard storage fees.
• Storage fees are calculated at a daily rate of $45.00 until the vehicle is retrieved.
